Academic disciplines are intended for one semester;
The relevant number of ESPB points is determined for each subject depending on the number of active teaching hours, result of the educational process and the scope of work that the doctoral student must invest to master the discipline.
The total number of ESPB points per semester is 30, per year – 60; therefore, the total number of ESPB points awarded for three years of studies is 180;
Favorable ratio of lecture hours to study and research work has been established; over 25% of the total number of active learning hours falls on lectures;
During the second year of learning, doctoral students perform scientific and research work aimed at preparation of the introductory work for the doctoral thesis. During the third year, doctoral students perform scientific and research work to prepare for doctoral thesis, process and analyze research data as well as arrange and write their doctoral theses.

Preparation and defense of the doctoral thesis are rewarded with 90 ESPB points.
The doctoral student must write and publish two science papers that in combination with the theoretical basis of work are evaluated as 30 ESPB points;
