Lidija Madžar is the Head of International Relations Office of the Alfa BK University from Belgrade, the Republic of Serbia. She is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Finance, Banking and Auditing of Alfa BK University, where she teaches a group of following economic subjects: Macroeconomics, International Economics, Trade Economics and International Business Finance. Lidija Madžar has a master’s degree in Regional policy of the European Union, while in her doctoral dissertation she researched the possibilities for the implementation of the EU`s Competition policy in Serbia. Her professional interests have flowed in the direction of macroeconomics, economic policies, international economics, regional politics, and economics of the European Union, competition policy, business and international finance, managerial economics, innovations, energy transition, green jobs, green economy, and statistics. Lidija Madžar is a member of the editorial board of the scientific journals Herald for Social Sciences and Academic Word. She regularly participates in numerous national and international scientific conferences, while she also writes for domestic and foreign professional and scientific journals. She is the author of about 50 single-author and 10 co-authored scientific, professional and review articles. Lidija Madžar is also a member of the Belgrade Society of Economists, and has an active cooperation with the Scientific Society of Economists of Serbia. Lidija Madžar is also engaged as an instructor of the Course in statistical data processing in the IBM SPSS program.
