Welcome to the Career Development Center at Alfa BK University!
The Career Development Center at Alfa BK University was established to provide support to all students in acquiring knowledge and skills essential for their future careers, employment opportunities, and further education and professional development. Today’s modern business environment and job market are highly demanding, necessitating specific skills and knowledge to facilitate quicker and easier job placement.
The mission of the Career Development Center is to educate, prepare, and empower students to achieve successful careers.
Our vision is to inspire and assist students in building self-confidence, developing new skills, gaining relevant career-related knowledge, exploring opportunities, applying their education, and acquiring pertinent competencies and experiences. This prepares them to meet the demands of the job market, enhance their employment prospects, and achieve successful careers.
Our primary goal is to support students in career development through education, career counseling, and positioning them effectively in the job market.

– Developing students’ abilities, knowledge, and skills crucial for employment
– Organizing various workshops, trainings, lectures, presentations, and seminars related to career development
– Providing career counseling services to students for career development, employment, and market positioning
– Organizing company presentations and their recruitment policies
– Providing information to students about further education opportunities, scholarships both domestically and internationally, and job offers
– Connecting students with employers through internship programs and training in leading companies and organizations nationally, potentially leading to employment
– Promoting the importance of continuous learning and professional development
– Establishing collaborations with other faculties and institutions
